Nestled in a beautiful garden is Colwin's Place Condo # 4. The Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining table/office table, and free Wi-Fi and is located less than a 15-30 minute bicycle ride from the beaches, attractions, and restaurants. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed and a crib with all sleeping up to three (3) guests. Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper; the nightly rate for each extra guest is $20.00. This condo is a home away from home with a beautiful gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture seating eight (8) guests and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just a meeting and greeting.

At the time of booking Condo # 4, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 4. Hosts may allow guests to contact Vrbo.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests and guests must pay the extra guest fee of US$20.00 per guest per night. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to Vrbo.com and the host may ask Vrbo.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests.

If you are a beachgoer, Colwin's Place condos are outfitted with FREE TO-USE bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels or if you just want to enjoy the open air and breathe in that cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze the gazebo and the lanai are the places to be, but if you just want a sun tan, the lanai is the best place to be for a sun tan; make sure you have a cold drink in hand as it pairs well with the cool tropical weather.
