The open-concept living space is over 2200 sq. ft. including a full indoor kitchen, large dining area, and a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. The living room sofa converts to a super comfy bed, with extra blankets conveniently stored inside. An air mattress and crib are also available upon request.
Step outside to enjoy the private pool with slide, an outdoor BBQ kitchen, dining area, and shaded seating & umbrella—perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

The owners are highly involved and take great pride in keeping the home immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note: There are 3 of the 10 villas still currently being built in the development. They do have tall construction fences for ultimate privacy. The entrance road will be paved eventually but like many roads in Turks it is a little bumpy, but only 1/8 of a mile or less to main paved road.
