Positive: Staff very friendly and good service. Nice size rooms and great location right on the beach. After viewing other resorts in Turks on Grace Bay this is great value.

Negative: Wifi was spotty. Bed okay but not what I expect in this caliber. One building is renovated the others are not-Was not clear from booking.com which building we were in. Also a bit far from downtown, not many restaurants around.
