Positive: Very close to the reef as advertised, beautiful beach, front desk staff and butlers were very helpful and aproachable. The resort was clean, towels and beach chairs were always available.

Negative: The staff at Jojo's café and the grab and go bar were not courteous or responsive, bordering on rude at times. Service was inconsistent around breakfast time at Jojo's, some days you would get an additional pour of coffee and some days not. We would go into Jojo's and sit, and wait, and then have to flag down a waiter or waitress in order to get coffee and then have to flag them down again to get our breakfast order in. It was such a tedious experience that we opted to avoid it and went to the grab and go bar for breakfast where we were met with an employee that just responded or asked questions with single words such as "yogurt?" "Silverware". Most of our experience was not consistent with the image that windsong wanted to convey as an institution focused on excellence in service as advertised.

Summary: Dissatisfied with service..but the reef was nice
