Blue Zepher Villa is nestled into the hillside of Blue Mountain which is a safe and quiet residential community on the main tourist island of Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is an authentic Caribbean house that has been built for taking advantage of the constant gentle breezes (a mountain breeze can also be called a zepher) and outdoor island living. The property is very private and safe, with native trees and shrubs surrounding the gated and completely fenced yard. Your family and friends will have plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large pool and endless patio space. The location is very central to the island - a great spot to use as a homebase to explore all that Provo and the Turks and Caicos has to offer! It's just down the road from one of Provo's most popular authentic Caribbean restaurants, less than a 5 minute drive to the closest beach and a 10 minute drive to either the Grace Bay or Chalk Sound (Taylor Bay / Sapodilla Bay) area. A rental car or driving service is a must to enjoy all the island has to offer. A great property - ideal for couples, girls trips, diving groups, friends and family.
The Space
The outdoor space is the prime attraction of Blue Zepher Villa. The spacious outdoor deck surrounds the full-size pool. Perfect for floating in a hammock and enjoying a refreshing beverage. Brand new pool loungers and patio furniture are available to work on your tan or sit in the shade of the covered patio while enjoying the gentle breezes after a busy day of exploring any number of amazing beaches on or off the island of Provo. You can also enjoy grilling your casual meals at home on the new Weber gas BBQ. The interior of the villa has been recently remodeled with a calming Caribbean spa feel. Brand new spa-quality bedroom and bathroom linens along with natural wood tones are brought alive with touches of colour. The ground floor features a cozy living area with a 65" Smart TV and an office nook for anyone who needs to keep in touch with home. Finishing the ground floor are 2 air-conditioned queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upper floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 and a small sitting area. The 2 sets of patio doors can be opened wide to enjoy the cooling trade winds. A view of the beach at Smith's Reef and Grace Bay beyond can also be seen from here. Completing the second floor is the large, air conditioned primary suite with king size bed and private bathroom with shower.
